Damages and issues
All orders are recorded and sent to you (the customer) via the number you provided, or the email you provided. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
If you placed the wrong order, please reach out to us. once the order hasn't been shipped out, we will be more than happy to exchange tp the correct order.
